Every build includes up to 6 pages, a contact form and one round of changes before launch, made from the text and photos you send. Extra pages are $150 each. Anything bigger, like logins, custom forms or moving a large site, is quoted in writing before you sign.
Leaving a prepaid 6 or 12 months early? We refund the months you have not used, less the part of your build discount you have not earned yet. The discount is earned evenly over the months you prepaid.

Texts go only to customers who have agreed to get texts from you. Google's rules say every customer gets asked, not just the happy ones, so that is how it works.
A change is anything you ask us to update on your site. Text or email it over and we take care of it. Most changes take minutes, so 2.5 hours a month goes a long way. Some typical ones:
The first five together fit in a single month with time to spare. The 2.5 hours resets each month, and unused time does not carry over. On the Online Shop plan, your products are yours to add and edit in the Woo app, so product listings are not part of your changes.
